Is Zrii a Scam?
I was appalled by the way I was introduced to Zrii. It all started from Facebook, when I saw an advertisement showing several individuals making a ton of money, and holding their big fat checks.
In the ad itself, it didn’t say much except that it will share a proven system to make money online. You are supposed to provide your personal particulars to reserve a seat at their upcoming seminar.
Curious as I was, I’ve reserved my spot and went to the seminar.
I was shocked to see so many people attending the seminar, and I thought it was going to be something fantastic.
You see, I’ve tried and tested so many “Online Opportunities” and I get excited when I see something different. And, I thought this was different, till I realize this was….
A RECRUITMENT DRIVE!!!
Everyone of us in the seminar practically went through a 2 hour brainwashing seminar to make us want to join the business opportunity, later introduced as Zrii.
I was thoroughly disappointed as I realized I wasted 2 hours of my life.
Why was the Seminar Disappointing?
They didn’t tell you what it was until you are there. Have you heard of a Multi-Level Marketing company (MLM)? If not you can read this.
Zrii is the MLM that provides the opportunity. And, if you are not aware, MLM companies are not suppose to pose itself as a business of recruitment, otherwise it will be seen as a pyramid scheme, but in this case, Zrii is doing exactly that.
Here is what my Government said about Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Schemes.
Honestly, I thought that I will be attending some seminar on Internet Marketing, instead, it turns out to be an MLM recruitment drive.
Something worst happened, the distributor who was prospecting me, was doing his mojo on me and I didn’t feel comfortable a single bit. He was trying to dig information like why I wanted to make more money, etc, so that he could use it against me when I reject his offer.
He said that some of his Zrii team members have already been making 6 figure income, and he said that if I join him, he can make that happen for me.
If you know me and you have read some of my articles, you would know that I dislike MLM companies, not because of preference, but because I was a distributor in many MLM companies like World Ventures, Forever Living, Empower Network, and many more, and didn’t make a single cent no matter how hard I try.
But, this doesn’t mean that I am a failure, I found my success from Affiliate Marketing.
For your knowledge, 95% of the distributors in any MLM companies fail within their first few months and I will share with you the reasons in a bit.
Here’s how their “Proven System” work…
Since I am already at the seminar, I thought maybe I should dig out more information on this opportunity. So, I spoke to several distributors and got to understand what the Proven System really is, and how it works.
Similar to most MLM companies in Singapore, the “Proven System” is to bring people to the seminar, and the speakers at the seminar will do the recruitment job for you.
All you need to do is to bring as many people to the seminar as possible. The trick is not to tell them what exactly it is, so that your prospects will get the “Surprise/WOW” factor while at the seminar.
Those people who attend the seminar will go through the same “Brainwashing” materials as you did when you were first prospected.
Sounds simple and easy, and you really thought that it could work. I was in a similar situation when I was with World Ventures, but I can assure you, it is not as simple as it sound.
The thing is that, “Not everyone is like you”, they do not see Zrii the same way as you do. Most people are skeptical, especially when it comes to business opportunities, and you need to expect a high rate of rejection.
Because of the high rate of rejection, and you may be lacking of prospects to recruit, the Zrii team in Singapore did it a little differently, in terms of the recruitment process.
Normally, with other MLM companies, you will be asking your friends and family to attend the seminar, and everything is done offline.
The Zrii team took it ONLINE. Their strategy is to purchase online Advertisements from Facebook and search engines (the same advertisement you saw at the start of this article), that way, you don’t have to worry about not getting enough prospects to recruit.
The Compensation Plan
So, is Zrii really a Scam?
Don’t get me wrong, though I didn’t approve of the recruitment drive, it doesn’t mean that Zrii is a scam.
It only means that a subset of the Zrii family is doing what they are not supposed to do.
In fact, after doing some research on Zrii, I agree that Zrii is a great company. It has great products and they are endorsed by Dr. Deepak Chopra, who is a well known doctor in the health and wellness field.
Zrii has four main products, the Original Amalaki, Rise – High performance Coffee, Achieve – Weight Management Shake, and Botanical Beverage. All of which are based off an Indian Gooseberry Plant called Amalaki.
Amalaki is known for its benefits like digestive tract, optimal function of the inner and outer skin, arteries, blood purification and liver rejuvenation.
I like that the Zrii products do not use any preservatives and that the blend of ingredients are of top quality.
Given such great products and business opportunity, you would have thought that you can really make lots of money from this business opportunity. You may have thought that the products will sell for itself and all your prospects will be flocking to you to buy them.
You are so wrong!
If the products are an easy sell, why do 94.72% of its Active Distributors still fail?
Why 94.72% of the people who join Zrii fail?
Let us look at the income disclosure of Zrii and figure out if this opportunity is for you:
In the rank of Independent Executive (IE), where there are 86.64% of Active Distributors, the average monthly income of that rank is $184.21, and it can hardly cover the cost of joining the opportunity.
In the ranks of 1 & 2 Star, the monthly average income is $221.67 & $569.40. Firstly, it still couldn’t cover the cost of joining the opportunity or purchasing the product packs, secondly, those are not sustainable income.
Remember, those incomes does not take the cost of purchasing the products into account.
Adding the percentage of Active Distributors in the 3 ranks, it tallies, to 94.72%, which means, the majority of the people who join Zrii didn’t make much or any money.
To be successful in the MLM business is not easy, one has to be a great salesman to achieve success. You have to face tons of rejection everyday, and you have to worry about the dwindling amount of prospects.
Many people whom I’ve met at the seminar were not ready to become a salesperson. They were senselessly lead to join the opportunity hoping that things will work out for them.
My Sincere Advice to You
Though Zrii is a legitimate company, its distributors are not introducing the business opportunity the right way. The focus on the recruitment puts Zrii in a bad position because it correlates to a pyramid scheme.
It is only a matter of time till the authorities investigate Zrii.

Your pal,
Jack
It does have scam products as Deepak Chopra does not endorse Zrii but endorses the ingredients that Zrii cannot prove are in Zrii at all.
