Broken up with Vick Strizheus, who has now created his very own product called The Four Percent Group, Jason McClain has created his very own sales funnel called Residual Revenue Secrets.
Vick Strizheus and Jason McClain were both involved with a program called Project Breakthrough, which was a sales funnel built to drive traffic to a program called High Traffic Academy.
Project Breakthrough is now gone, but High Traffic Academy still exists today, and hopefully, it will be for a long time for the sake of those who joined the program through Project Breakthrough.
High Traffic Academy, an educational program about driving traffic to online businesses, was co-founded by Jason McClain and Vick Strizheus. But, with both of them heading separate ways, who knows what will happen to the High Traffic Academy.

Enough said about project breakthrough and Vick Strizheus.
Today we are going to focus on John McCain’s Residual Revenue Secrets.
We are going to determine (1) if the program is a scam; (2) the ulterior motive of this “FREE” program; and (3) whether or not you can really succeed with the information passed on to you.
The FREE program consists of 3 main videos with each averaging about an hour long. Let’s dive into each of the videos.
What Exactly are in the Videos?
Video 1: Discovering the Perfect Product
The first 20 minutes of the video, Jason McClain talks about how he got from rag to riches, and how he lost it all, and build it up again. It is quite an interesting story and any entrepreneur can relate to it.
I kinda like this video because it sets you thinking.
What is the main reason for any kind of business that exist today. They exist because they solve a problem or provide a certain need for its customers.
Jason explained it really well, and he also mentioned about being a true internet entrepreneur means that you need to own your own product.
You see, there are many types of online businesses, but the prominent ones are Affiliate Marketing (selling or promoting other people’s business) and having your own product (be it a consumer product or an informational product).
If you are those who want to build or create a product of your own, but you do not know where to start, then Residual Revenue Secrets may just be what you are looking for.
Video 2: Creating a Business that Works
We all know that more than 90% of businesses fail, be it an online or a brick and mortar business.
What John failed to mention is the high failure rate even though you’ve worked extremely hard at it, but he made one thing very clear, if you don’t put in the effort to build something for yourself, you ain’t gonna succeed.
In this video, it is all about building your mindset, discovering the business that you want to get into, and get you excited to start your journey of business.
He also shared the pros and cons about building your own business against building others.
The crux is that helping others to build their business (Affiliate Marketing) lets you gain profit much faster than building your own business.
But, you will have more control over the business that you build yourself.
The worst thing that can happen when you are promoting other people’s business is when they shut their business down. The efforts that you’ve put into it are all wasted.
There is a high chance that a business fail in their first few years.
Personally, I prefer to be an affiliate marketer, but I’ll do my due diligence on every business that I want to promote, just so to know that they will be there for a very long time.
On top of these two types of business, there are other businesses like selling your own service (Freelance business – depending on what you can offer), or becoming a life coach like Jason.
The last part of the video will share a simple strategy to help you kick start your business plan:
- Identify the problem that your business wants to solve
- Research on your idea
- Brainstorm on the solution
- Creating an overall User Experience
- Reverse engineer your competitors, but do better
- Outsource some of the work (You can’t handle everything yourself)
Video 3: Developing a Plan For Domination
One thing I am certain is that Jason is a great motivator.
Honestly, if I am an aspiring entrepreneur who wants to build something of my own, I would have been sold by the end of this video.
He stressed over and over again throughout the entire 3 day course, “Will you go through this path”, because it is not going to be easy.
He made it clear that he will be your mentor to coach you in every step of the way if you are willing to.
The Secret Ingredient that he utters in the video is to focus on giving value to your customers for free instead of focusing on making money.
If there is no true value that you can provide, nobody will give you the money.
Like any kind of businesses, they exist for a reason, to solve a certain need or want. Whether it is a system that helps ease the divorce process, like what Jason has done with www.mydivorcepapers.com, or it is a product that helps you video your extreme experience like GoPro, they are founded on problems.
Generally, Jason wants you to dig deep in your life and figure out what you can create to make your life better, and essentially make the lives of those like you better. This is where he is coming from.

Honestly, I fully agree with him that in any business that you want to build, you need a mentor who has walked a thousand miles in your shoes. I believe Jason has done so, and many others have done so too.
In Jason McClain’s Insider Success program, you will gain access to hundreds of employees in McClain Concepts. From Copywriters, Pay-Per-Click experts, Designers, Developers, Marketers, SEO specialist, Social Media experts, to Business analyst.
However, you are definitely not getting the access for free.
Depending on whether you join the “Insider Success” program as an “Apprentice” ($167 per month) or as an “Insider” ($477 per month), you get different rates when you engaged with any employees in McClain Concepts.

Is Residual Revenue Secrets or Insider Success a scam?
In my honest opinion, I don’t think that Jason McClain or any of his programs are a scam.
You can truly learn a lot from Jason.
But, I truly feel that the prices of his programs are a little steep.
I’ve been in the online space for quite a while now, and I’ve tried and tested a lot of “make money online” programs.
I know that there are much cheaper and better programs compared to Jason’s Insider Success.
If you want a better alternative, you can check out these programs:
