Is 4Life a Scam?
A friend of yours had introduced you to 4Life and you wanted to know if this opportunity is good for you, right?

4Life has been around since 1998, and it is a renowned MLM company in the health and wellness industry.
So, if 4Life is a scam, do you think the authorities will allow it to run for almost 2 decades?
Although 4Life is not a scam, you must note that the business opportunity might not be suitable for you.
I’ll be discussing with you the reasons why more than 95% of its distributors fail in the business, as well as the factors that will bring you to success.
Approximately 80% of ALL DISTRIBUTORS received NO INCOME at all. Why?
It is an alarming statistic, but it is rather common in the MLM industry.
Most distributors join the business opportunity with high hopes and aspiration, but was caught in the surprise when they realize that the business opportunity is not what they have expected.
It is a grueling world, and for those who can’t take rejection, especially from a family member, you will be flushed out of the business fairly quickly.
Let’s face it, if you are in the business of 4Life, you need to sell, and facing rejection is one of its common trait.
More than just facing rejection, there are many factors that can cause a 4Life distributor to fail, like the following:
#1. Joining the Wrong Team
A common problem any kind of MLM company face is the disparate education provided by each individual groups within the organization.
What I mean is you can get different kind of education in terms of sales, marketing, product knowledge, etc., when you join different teams in 4Life.
One team can teach you how to generate sales from engaging people on the internet, while another may only teach you how to source for prospects within your social circle.
One team can put your interest ahead of theirs, while others may put their interest first.
Joining the right team can have a positive impact on your personal growth, and joining the wrong team will spell disaster.
Unfortunately, the majority of the teams will put their interest first before anything else.
Most leaders understand that the turnover rate of distributors is very high, and it may not be worth grooming every single distributors they’ve come across. They are always searching for the several superstars that will boost their business.
So, if you are new to the 4Life business, the leaders in your team may not be bothered about grooming you unless you show some potential by bringing several prospects into the business. That is when new joiners start to lose faith in themselves and the business.
#2. Getting Insufficient Knowledge
The classic knowledge about prospecting is to (1) pen down a list of individuals (prospects) within your social circle whom you think might be interested in the 4Life products and the business opportunity, (2) contact your list of prospects and arrange for either a 3 way call or an appointment with your upline.
The problem with the above strategy is that your number of prospects is limited.
Imagine having a list of 100 prospects. Out of the 100 prospects, 20 of them will be interested in trying the products, and only 5 will actually buy a product from you.
If you are lucky enough, you will be able to recruit 1 or 2 of them into the business opportunity.
But, what happens after that? How do you expand your social circle? Do you start to canvass on the streets to find new prospects?
In any kind of business, you need to have a constant flow of prospects in order for your business to grow. If your business doesn’t grow, it dies.
The best way I know to find a constant flow of new prospects is through the internet, yet most of the 4Life teams will not teach you how to do that because they don’t know how to leverage the power of the internet as well.
#3. Lack of passion and drive
Tell me, what was your first impression of the person who was convincing you to join 4Life? Was she or he full of passion when talking about the products and the business opportunity?
One thing I am certain is if you want to succeed in the 4Life business, you need to have the passion and drive to promote the products. You can’t expect others to be convinced of the products if you don’t convinced yourself right?
The top leaders if 4Life lives and breathe the products. Everywhere they go, everyone they meet, they will want to share 4Life. To them, making money is secondary, they genuinely want others to benefit from the products of 4Life.
If it is the money that drives you instead of the products, I do not see a point for you to join the business because chances are you will highly likely fail.
So, Here’s What You need to do if You Want to Join the 4Life Business…
Try the products yourself and see if they have a positive impact on your well being. You need to believe that the products work for you in order to convince others to buy the products.
It would be unethical to request others to buy the products when you don’t benefit from the products yourself, right?
Next, you have to ask yourself if you are passionate about sharing the 4Life products and the business opportunity.
It is also important for you to join the right team and get the right knowledge. Speak to your upline or sponsor, and request her or him to share more with you about your potential team.
Make sure that your potential team is the right fit for you before you commit to join the business opportunity.
Do not let peer pressure get in your way of judgement, and do not be afraid of rejecting your friend or family member if you are not comfortable joining the business. Trust me, it will do more harm to your relationship with the person if you join and eventually quit the business, I’ve seen it too many times.

You have to ensure that the team that you are getting into puts your interest ahead of theirs, and that the knowledge that you are getting on prospecting and selling is not out of date. I’ve seen too many Multi-Level Marketers failed because their inability to find new prospects.
