There is a lot of hype revolving around a new make money online program called Yoonla, and as a scam buster, I couldn’t help but get my hands dirty on this program.

Yoonla is still in its early stages, so it is hard to give a fair comment about this program, but I’ll share with you what you need to know about Yoonla (as what it is today).

Yoonla is created by Reno Van Boven, who was the creator of Affiliate App System and Auto Affiliate X. Both of these products were discontinued, but Affiliate App System was discontinued right before Yoonla was born on September 2016.

There is a total of 3 phases in Yoonla, the first phase has already been released, phase 2 is said to be released in spring 2017 (still waiting for it to happen), and the last phase is said to be released in the first quarter of 2018.

As I dig further into Yoonla, I found something interesting about the predecessor of Yoonla (Affiliate App System):

Does the concept of Affiliate App System look familiar to you? In my opinion, it is almost similar to Yoonla.

I would say that Yoonla is Affiliate App System 2.0.

Except that you are not able to make $247 commission from the Yoonla system (yet). I guess it’s going to be in the Phase 2 or 3.

Yoonla-phase-2-n-3

If my prediction is right (and I am right in 2019), Yoonla is going to release a series of “advance” training on Traffic Generation, and it will charge you a few hundreds for the course(s). And, if you wish to earn commission from promoting the course, then, you have to purchase it up front. This is just a prediction though (now a reality). Let the time tell what Yoonla is all about.

If you happen to know the next phases of Yoonla has been released, please let me know by leaving a comment below.

At current (November 2017), I think Yoonla is a platform for promoting affiliate products, and it offers Cost per Action (CPA) commission for new referrals.

I don’t think it is a scam, but it is not a good internet marketing learning platform either.

Learn the fundamentals of Internet Marketing from this program which is responsible for thousands of Online Successes!

What exactly is Yoonla?

As you join Yoonla as a free member, someone else (the person who referred you to the program) would have earned a commission of between $2 to $5 (depending on the country you reside in).

This is called a Cost per Action (CPA) commission paid out by Yoonla to the person who referred you to the program.

What is CPA? Simply, it is the cost to Yoonla ($2 – $4) per every new Yoonla member sign up (action).

This is how Yoonla members make money at current.

There are several steps in order for you to earn a Yoonla CPA commission, and signing up to the free Yoonla membership will NOT get you there. I will discuss more in detail below.

Within the Yoonla system, there are 5 steps that you have to go through in order to make the system work.

3 out of 5 steps of this system will get you to sign up for the products they recommend.

Is Yoonla really FREE?

Nothing comes for free, I hope you understand that by now.

Yes, the Yoonla membership is free, but in order for the Yoonla system to work, you have to purchase an autoresponder program called “GetResponse”, a domain Hosting from “Yahoo”, and a Squeeze Page creator called “LeadPages”.

These products that Yoonla has recommended are products of good quality, but you need to know that Yoonla will earn a commission when you sign up to each of the products.

Many Yoonla members have claimed that there is no obligation to sign up for those products, however, what they don’t tell you is that if you don’t sign up to those products using the links provided in Yoonla, you will not get a Yoonla affiliate account.

So basically, if you don’t sign up for those recommended products, you won’t earn a commission and your Yoonla membership is practically worthless.

Yes, you can argue that you still get value from the training provided, but you must know that the training materials are information that is freely available on the internet.

This program has led me and thousands of people make a Life Changing income online. Find out how you can too!

How much exactly does it cost to set up the Yoonla system?

$576.00 per year

Total to get started

$36.97 + $79.00 (Optional)

Don’t get me wrong, these tools that Yoonla recommend are great tools that every affiliate marketer should have, and I am not discrediting it. I just wanted you to know that there are cost for setting up the Yoonla system.

You may also be thinking, how would Yoonla make money if they are paying a commission to its affiliates for FREE sign ups, right?

Here’s what Yoonla earns if you sign up for these offers above:

Product

Commission (Monthly)Commission (Yearly)
Get Response (33% Commission)

$4.95 per month

Yoonla Walkthrough

Step 1: Preparation

Let me quote from this video training:

“First thing first, we have not charged you anything for your Yoonla foundation system or for your lifetime membership to the Yoonla platform, why? Well, we’ve only just launched the Yoonla digital lifestyle platform, and we want to ensure that you, as one of our first members, get set up as fast as possible, and without any expensive start up fees, hassles or issues.”

Now, let me ask you, is it really true or is it just a marketing gimmick?

The first step to setup the Yoonla system is to purchase an autoresponder account with GetResponse.

It will show step-by-step on how to sign up to GetResponse and to integrate with Yoonla.

If you find it a hassle to personally set up the Yoonla system, you can ask Yoonla to set it up for you. All you have to do is to provide the following information:

Yoonla-setup

Note that the Yahoo Aabaco and the Get Response account have to be purchased through the affiliate links provided in Yoonla.

Step 2: Install Software

This step is nothing more than just uploading some files to your domain server.

It’s not exactly a software, but more of some web files, plus some documents (Private Labelled Rights (PLR) products – I will discuss more in the next step).

If you know how websites work, its actually quite simple, but if you don’t, the video training did a good job explaining the steps.

Step 3: Digital Setup

The Yoonla Foundation software is nothing but a program for you to change the text of a sales page that looks like this:

Yoonla-plr-youtube-marketing-excellence

I thought you might be interested to know that YouTube Marketing Excellence is not created by Yoonla or Reno Van Boven, it is actually a Private Labelled Rights (PLR) product that can be used by anyone who purchased the rights.

Actually, you can buy these products (here – YouTube Marketing Excellence, Twitter Marketing Excellence, Email Marketing Excellence) and distribute it to anyone.

Does the following landing page look similar to the one above:

Yoonla-plr-youtube-marketing-excellence-real

Yes see, Yoonla have purchased the rights to Youtube Marketing Excellence and claimed it as its own.

If you are new to this industry, you’ll probably think that you are receiving a ton of value from Yoonla because of these PLR products.

But, if you are an experienced online marketer, you’ll know that these are dirty tricks of digital marketers to make novice believe that they are receiving a lot value for free.

The problem with PLR products is that the information is usually outdated or of inferior quality.

Creators of PLR products will often neglect to update information because they don’t feel obligated to. Once the product is sold, the rights of the product belong to the person who purchased it.

It is up to the purchaser to update the information about those products, and usually, they wouldn’t because there’s just no value to it. It’s a free giveaway anyway.

I’ll bet that Reno Van Boven didn’t read through and through the 3 PLR products that he have purchased.

Step 4: Automation

I understand that beginners need guidance and support, but I dislike the fact that Yoonla made it as a cut-and-paste business opportunity without explaining the mechanics behind those marketing materials.

In this step, you are basically taught how to setup your autoresponder and link it up to your website.

Your website will be the front to capture email subscriber information, and your autoresponder will keep track of this information and send a set of email sequence to the subscriber.

In Yoonla, you will be given several templates of emails where you can copy and paste it to your autoresponder.

Just imagine if hundreds of people are blasting the same email content to thousands of people on their network, doesn’t it sound like spam to you?

Step 5: Traffic Profit Formula

Let me quote:

“The Traffic is extremely low quality if you pay someone to generate a sign up or a lead. They have to be genuinely interested.”

Now, Yoonla recommend you to buy “Solo ads” from Udimi (in the video), doesn’t it sound like “paying someone to generate a sign up or a lead?”, and how can you verify the “genuine interest” of the traffic sent by the solo ad provider?

Just as I wrote the sentence above, I scrolled further down the Yoonla training material and saw this:

Yoonla-solo-ads

In my years of experience in Internet Marketing, I never trusted Solo ads because you wouldn’t know how the solo ad provider generated those leads.

Solo ads, in my books, is a strategy of the past, and doesn’t work well in this day and age.

You are most likely be seen as a spammer when you are leveraging on someone else’s email list.

My website generates about 100k highly targeted visitors a month without using any form of paid advertisements. If you are really interested to learn the true knowledge of internet marketing, without relying on someone else’s click based system, I suggest that you start learning from this program.

My Honest Opinion

Every online review I read about Yoonla is positive, because those people are promoting Yoonla to earn a CPA commission.

Honestly, I could’ve made money with Yoonla, but I chose not to because I strongly believe that it is not a good system for any beginner to learn affiliate marketing.

It is a program that shortens the route for people to make money online (short-term gratification), but it leaves out the nuts and bolts of this industry (for long-term success).

Sure, you can make a couple of dollars following Yoonla, but what happens if Yoonla is gone tomorrow? Will you be able to be an independent Internet Entrepreneur?

Well, it is still too early to judge Yoonla, who knows if it creates more training materials that are helpful towards your internet marketing journey.

But, if the new training materials are going to cost hundreds or thousands of dollars, you’ll know what I am going to say about Yoonla.

If you are serious about making money online, and you don’t want to be dependent on some click based programs that will be gone in the near future, I suggest that you check out this program.

It is the program that has taught me how to generate 100k highly targeted traffic every month.

I have to stay anonymous here, but I have a little insight from behind the scenes – Yoonla is farming people for affiliate referral to other products, not genuinely trying to help anyone make money. I work in support for one of the companies they have been referring their victims to, and their deliberately confusing and misleading site has caused us and hundreds of very upset people a lot of time and money and frustration.

Their entire profit model is a mix of multilevel marketing (no one should ever, ever charge you money for the opportunity to sell their product for them! If they try, run away! And call the FTC on the way out the door!) and crossing their fingers that you will forget to cancel one of the subscriptions they get you to purchase or trial, so that they can keep reaping up to 40% of your subscription fees.

They are scamming you by having you sign up for legitimate but sometimes expensive services, then taking their cut. They aren’t actually even providing affiliate tracking or anything like that – they are actually referring people to a FREE affiliate program from another company and convincing them to purchase a paid subscription they don’t need (of which yoonla gets 40%).

We have them on a close watch at my company and they are probably going to get banned pretty soon, which means their entire affiliate structure will collapse.

  2. Hi Jack thanks for the information about Yoonla, just came across it today and i will sign up and see how it goes.I will come back with update.
    thanks again.

    1. Thanks for dropping by Harriet! Looking forward to your update!

You know your onions mate,I am totally sick wading through scam opportunities”, AND HAVING TO SPEND 100S NO THOUSANDS OF HOURS”Looking for someone like yourself to deliver a fair and honest review. You are a breath of fresh air and I will be whitelisting your name for future reference, and for anyone reading this I wished I stayed with wealthy affiliate when i joined about seven or eight years ago. They are a few of the legit online companies that have stood the test of time, I am really disappointed that I did not. A lot of people have not got the patience to fully educate themselves in this game which is wrong. I can probably count in my both hands the number of light people out of hundreds and hundreds that I could recommend after seven years. I suppose this is a sort of education (A costly one believe me )and never mind the money that been spent as well. Do yourselves a favor and listen to jack recommendation after all I think he has earned his couple of dollars with the amount of value he has provided.Good guys are hard to come by and i will certainly try to connect with some time in the near future. Jamie.

    1. Thanks so much for your kind words James!

Well, it is never too late to start again. And, I am sure you can find success online.

Like you said, it takes time and patience to learn and grow a business.

You can never start earning any substantial amount of money if you don’t have the right skill set.

Also, there’s really never the best time to start learning a skill set or growing a business.

So, if you are really serious about learning how to earn money online, I will be happy to help you out.

This is an unscrupulous scamming website/ program. I got a fishing email – telling me someone was trying to send a communication to me via Dropbox – normally I would have deleted it – however just having lost my brother in law I thought someone may legitimately trying to reach me ( I had posted a Dropbox picture of him and his grandson onto Facebook) so I clicked on the link and of course found it was simply a marketing ploy! I have submitted numerous requests to them to cease sending me communications and to close my account – they keep responding with different ways of contacting their support desk and telling me I will not receive support unless I reply via the – new different method they are replying to me via AVOID this organization!!!

    1. Thanks for sharing your experience with Yoonla Claire, and I am so sorry for your loss.

  6. This review of Yoonla is a scam
Have been a member for almost a year, have made over $34000 in commissions.
Correction: You don’t have to sign up for lead pages it’s a LIE
I’ve been a member of your #1 recommended program Wealthy Affiliate for over a year, nice people but outdated information relying heavily on blogging and putting all the eggs in googles basket ( SEO )
I recognize a Wealthy Affiliate blog immediately, calling almost all other programs a scam, and Wealthy Affiliate the only proper program on the internet.
The fact is i was a Wealthy affiliate member for over a year and it got me nowhere, Yoonla was where i started to gain momentum and finally get some commissions.

    1. Hi Stefan,

I don’t appreciate your hostility, but I do find value to your comment.

When I was writing the review on Yoonla in 2017, signing up to LeadPages is a MUST. I guess the rules have changed.

It is not a lie, but it is just outdated.

For you to know, the information in Wealthy Affiliate is not outdated. In fact, it is constantly updating and upgrading.

I’m sure you make this claim just because you didn’t find success with Wealthy Affiliate, and for that, could I say that you are lying or slandering?

Also, could you show me prove that you’ve made $34,000 from Yoonla?

By the way, when did I ever say that Yoonla is a scam?

I think I have done justice by sharing my true experience and thoughts about Yoonla. All these that I’ve shared are real facts.

As I’ve said, in Yoonla, you can earn money a little quicker because of its CPA program. It’s instant gratification!

While in Wealthy Affiliate, it is teaching you how to find success for a long term. I think you are just out to find instant gratification, and that’s why Yoonla suits you best.

I hope that Yoonla will stay competitive forever, so that people like you can leverage on the system.

Anyway thank you for your comment!

      Cheers!

  7. Hey Jack, thumbs up for the good work, kindly point me towards a legit’ work at home’ site that pays world wide.

    cheers!

  8. Hi ,

Yoonla Elite is legit and I have been doing just copying and pasting on FB I even got $38 dollars and they have recently revamped and improve the system. I think this is a good start for newbie who can generate traffic and built list and then transfer it to higher ticket product like Jack said to LM.

This is just my honest truth!

Nothing is for free; for Yoonla Elite all you have to do is invest into two tools for less than $100 cheaper than any other programs.

    Good luck all!

    Annie

    1. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Yoonla Annie!

  9. Then anyone can tell me 100% trusted money making methought in online without spending money..
lots of people wasting time for it but nothing happens including me also… 🙁

    1. This is a myth that I’ll like to bust.

“Making money online without investment”, it is just not possible!

Investment comes in 2 forms. Time and money.

If you don’t spend money investing in yourself (for your knowledge), you can hardly progress.

If you don’t spend time training yourself and working on your business (gaining experience), you will never succeed.

So, if your “investment” means money, then you have to compensate with your time and effort.

However, I’ve come across too many people who tried “making money” on their own, and failed. That’s 99.9% of the time.

So, if you are serious about earning real money online, you got to invest a little money on yourself, and you got to invest time and effort in your online business.

That’s the only way. All other ways could point you towards being scammed.

Feel free to chat with me if you want to know what you should do next.

      Cheers!
      ~Jack (BareNakedScam)

  10. Hi i want to make money online with minimum investment
Kindly suggest me the best and authentic option
    Thnks

    1. Minimum investment in money, means maximum investment in time.

It is either one of them. If you are looking for a program that is not costly, and you are willing to learn and build a business from scratch, then I’ll suggest that you check out this program.

      Cheers!

  11. MICHAEL CAVANAGH says:

I joined yoonla , and i didnt promote it to much as i had other things worth promoting more , but recently there is alot of tension in the yoonla fb groups , its clear the owner reno is trying to pull a fast one , you wait a month for payments to go through, and the week leading up to his slow efforts to decide to go through the payment process , people are waiting to see how much they get approved , and this month alot of people got ripped off , and yet when you question him about it , he brushes you off , with a copy and paste from his many rules and regulations , but yet refuses to answer the issues at hand and expects his poorly taught back office to fix it , when they were the ones to cause the issue in the first place , stay clear of this business , you will end up pissed off and more than likely out of pocket !!!

    1. Thanks for sharing this Michael!

      Cheers!

  12. then what is a real company that pays that a person with limited marketing skills and very limited money can actually make some money and learn how to market?
    Thanks

    1. You have to start from scratch, and there are training programs out there that are genuinely there to help.

Here’s a few that I think will be beneficial to you:

      1. Wealthy Affiliate
      2. Legendary Marketer
      3. Authority Hacker
      4. Fizzle
      5. Inbox Blueprint

The one that I highly recommend is Wealthy Affiliate because it is the one that eventually got me out of the rat race.

You can read my story on how I fired my boss and work full-time online.

      Hope this helps Mindy!

  13. Just started with Yoonla and currently waiting for my commission being approved. I agree and it doesnt take a genius to find out that the training they are providing is PLR. Totally disappointed with this one.

It should be at least be in Reno’s voice but it is not. I can smell that their REAL intention is to collect emails and commissions from Yahoo&Getresponse. The boss is doing a very good job on this one.

For beginners, the training and support provided is poor. Yoonla is relying on the fb vip group to share knowledge rather than providing a legit, step-by-step training as said.

    1. Thanks for sharing your experience Ivan!

This definitely helps people who are researching about Yoonla.

      Cheers!
      ~Jack (BareNakedScam)

  14. Hey Jack am a beginner in online marketing which legit online marketing platform would you advice me to start with.

  15. Okay. Not sure if I’m confused or just really so since I’m not tech savvy or whatever you call it. I’m really new to this and need help badly. I’m about to quit my BPO job as an agent because I want to learn and start working from home and earn using my laptop. I’ve just watched the first 7 steps to get a Yoonla account. Should I push thru with this or not? Thanks. Really appreciate any recommendations for a super beginner like me.

    1. If you are just starting out, I wouldn’t recommend that you start with Yoonla.

I’d also like to advice you that you are starting an online business, not a job, which means that it will take a lot of effort and patience to grow a business.

You don’t get compensated immediately for the work you’ve done (unlike a job).

Some people took 3 months to earn their first dollar, some people took a year, some didn’t even achieve anything and they quit.

I just wanted to let you know the truth and what to expect before you start your journey as an online entrepreneur.

If you’d like to know the program that allowed me to fire my boss and work full-time online, then you can read my story here.

      Hope this helps Pam!

      Cheers!

  16. Thanks for putting up a full, clear and impartial review of Yoonla.

Apart from how Yoonla works, earns money and pays, which I already had a good notion about, I noticed particularly your first statements about Yoonla’s CEO past.

I think that Yoonla’s past is a prediction of what it will become, and probably how it will end, as you clearly stated.

You are making a good prediction about Yoonla starting to sell high ticket learning products. Let’s hope it doesn’t become like empower network.

I think that Yoonla’s business model, if well managed, works well an is honest and transparent.

I think that they have a generous cpa program, that is probably hard to manage, but it seems to have been getting by. It’s no wonder the ban a few people as it’s probably hard to manage scammy free signups. And their payment for those signups depends on their quality, and how many of them upgrade. So Yoonla is kind of a risky business to invest in.

AS for using the system in completely free mode, you can actually do it.

You can use your getresponse account, use free hosting, a cheap 1$ domain from namecheap or a sub-domain of one of your domains, and use just the email capturing landing page with the free products from yoonla, as well as learn from the free courses. You just don’t get the yoonla affiliate program this way.

Can u help or is it possible to use yoonla on phone.

I don’t have a lapi now .My bro has taken it with him to his work to CA.

  21. Does yoonla really pay? I heard that a lot of people got banned while having $1000++ on their account.

    1. I haven’t heard of that but thanks for asking this question here.

I hope some Yoonla members can answer this question.

      Cheers!
      ~Jack (BareNakedScam)

  22. Lori Samples says:

Yoonla is not a scam. I’ve been paid every time I reach the min. threshold. If someone is terminated or blocked from the program, it is because they violated the Yoonla TOS and many have. Instead of taking responsibility, they put the blame on a legit company.

    1. Just because they pay you affiliate commission doesn’t mean that the facts I’ve pointed out are discredited.

      Thanks!
