Do you want to live the life you always wanted?
Never worry about not having enough for your family, and to better their lives as well as yours.
This is what LIFE Leadership is all about. It is designed to teach you and to help you achieve your full potential.
But, is that all true?
Can LIFE Leadership lead you to success? Is the business opportunity any good?
Many have claimed that LIFE Leadership is a scam, while some have claimed that it is the best thing that ever happened to them.
Who is speaking the truth, and who is not?
I’m glad that you’ve found this review because I am going to share with you everything you need to know in order to make an informed decision.
What is Life Leadership?
I am sure you’ve done some research on the background of this company, but I’ll share them with you anyway, just in case you haven’t done so.
The company was created by a team of former Amway employees who wanted to brand out and create their own network marketing business.
Life Leadership is a company with a few product-lines that target different niches. The following are the three niches Life Leadership targets: self-development, personal finances, and leadership abilities.
The personal finance section is called “Financial Fitness” and the product line consists of video training and eBooks. The company has also published quite a few books on Amazon.
The products consist of online material, videos, books, CDs, and articles.
The idea is to provide people with a membership-based training center for various niches.
Honestly, their products are not too bad and they do contain some useful tips and advice.
On the other hand, there are plenty of similar and cheaper alternatives out there.
I think everyone should invest in their personal growth, but there are smart ways to do it. Life Leadership’s courses are quite expensive and most require a monthly subscription.
Additionally, all the material is not accessible once you pay for the membership. Instead, it’s drip-fed to you on a monthly basis, a system that can be quite frustrating for fast-readers.
In most cases, a 6 month subscription is required, and each month, another lesson is sent to your inbox.
You can choose to be a customer or a promoter, and the business opportunity is one of the main reasons people sign-up to this program.
Why Do More than 95% of LIFE Leadership Members Fail in the Business?
Most people that ask if Life Leadership is a scam failed to see success with the business.
Understandably, most people in general are not excellent marketers, but when 95% of people who join your opportunity fail to see ANY result, that raises some questions.
There are many factors that can contribute to your failure with Life Leadership.
I believe the main reason so many people fail with this business is due to lack of leads.
You’re told to take this product and start making sales, and they briefly explained how to generate those sales.
Unfortunately, this company offers the same marketing advice as other networking material companies; tell your friends about it.
In most cases, our friends aren’t the prime leads for these business opportunities.
Some people who have excellent lead-gen abilities make a decent amount of cash with this business.
But most people are not super-marketers, and it’s a struggle to find enough sales to make up for the membership and product fees.
In fact, most people don’t make any sales at all.
Let’s take a look at the compensation plan.
Life Leadership Compensation Plan:
Chances are you heard of Life Leadership from friends or family-members. The marketing material teaches you to reach out to those closest to you and organize an event where you launch into the sales pitch.
Most of the pitch is dedicated to explaining how the business is not a pyramid scheme. The business model is similar to most network marketing systems.
The main income comes from selling the products as an affiliate. Life Leadership offers 15% commissions on all products sold as an affiliate.
You can also earn by convincing other people to join and building your team. The goal of a team is to generate as many sales as possible and increase your GV (Group Volume).
The higher the GV the more bonuses can be earned. To maintain your position you’ll need to earn a certain amount of GV every month.
For instance, to maintain the first membership level, Apprentice, members needs to earn a minimum of 1,500 GV a month.
GV is earned by making sales or recruiting new people to your team. You can also earn a rebate depending on your performance.
For example, if you earn a Personal Volume of 150 a month you can qualify for a 3% rebate.
In other words you can get a discount on the membership or products that you choose to buy from the store.
There are many different bonuses that you can earn, one of which is called the “Depth Bonus”.
The Depth Bonus is a residual bonus that comes in from your team.
This bonus is based on how many people are in your down-line and in your team.
The bonus varies depending on your membership level.
Senior Coordinators earn 3% of the total sales generated below them.
I don’t believe Life Leadership is a scam, but unless you have amazing marketing skills, I would not recommend their business opportunity.
There are much better alternatives.
My Sincere Advice to You
If you have personally benefited from the products of LIFE Leadership, and you genuinely want to share the products with your friends or family members, then this opportunity may just be right for you.
But, if you are in it just to make a quick buck, then I suggest you think again.
You need to sell the products and the membership in order to earn a substantial income, and if you do not believe in the products, how can you convince others, right?
LIFE Leadership is not for me, what then?
I’ve scoured the Internet and have undergone tons of business opportunities, and I’ve found a rare few which I genuinely believe have your interest in mind.
I would suggest that you check out this program which has helped thousands of individuals, including me, who have no knowledge or experience to make a decent income online. I’ll be looking forward to chat more with you in the program.
Thank you so much for your time to read this review!

To me, this sounds like a classical MLM / Pyramid scheme.
You said that there are people who claimed this program changed their lives. These people probably own this company, or they have become members immediately when the company started out.
Because there is one rule when it comes to MLM / Pyramid scheme world: For winners at the top, there need to be losers below.
This rule is true, because 95% of people fail with this business model.
Oh and one more thing.. How much does it cost to become a member?
Thanks for exposing another scam!
Thanks for your comment Miroslav!
If you are all in on the products, you’d typically spent $200 per month.
Cheers!

Great review. Orrin Woodward always looking to profit from network marketers. Hey let’s call ourselves team and then lets sell monavie, now lets call ourselves life leadership.
I sincerely hope this prevents people from getting caught up in the trap.
Definitely check our Wealthy Affiliate from the link above. I strongly recommend it.

Hi Jack,
What I must say about this is, they are transparent with their products and income disclosure so I do like that about this company. Is it something I would delve into? Probably not, but it seems some of your audience here have been happy customers so what is sometimes a good program for one, isn’t necessarily good for another. You have done a great thorough review and I thank you for your insight.
Thank you for your message Sharon! I appreciate it!
Cheers!

I think your review of Life Leadership is very honest and thoughtful. I can see why not many people were successful with their courses, as you said not many people are natural marketers. They say “tell your friends” and those generally aren’t the people who would buy these products.
Unless of course, you are already networking with semi-to full-scale successful people, which in that case, means that they probably do not need much development in the financial, professional, or personal domains. However, there still is that 5%.
If they could provide actual marketing skills/training that can then be implemented in selling their products, they may fair well in meeting their margins.
Thanks Chris for agreeing with me on this!
Cheers!

This is a thorough review and analysis of this product. Your writing style gives the reader all the facts to make an informed decision. Also, your use of graphics was adequate. My main criticism would be the lack of headings that would highlight all the points that you are making.
Hi Allan,
Thanks for your input. I’ll keep your suggestions in mind.
Cheers!

Hello and thanks for sharing. This type of business sounds like an MLM which I have been a part of several times before. The thing with these type of business is that you have to sell the products and get those that you recruit to work also. This is not a business where you can make tons of money fast. You have to stick with it and then after a while, you will reap the reward of your labor.
Hey Norman,
It’s true. This is a MLM company, and you really have to work extremely hard to see some rewards.
Some people do not see any results even after several years of hard work.
But, some people made it within a few months.
This is a people’s business, and you really have to know the right people and promote the right products to them.
Not only hard work, the leaders that you are following are also important because they hold the key to your success.
If you join a team leader who doesn’t care much about your success and didn’t teach you the right methods to do this business, you’ll fail, no matter how hard working you are.
Cheers!

Hi there,
Many thanks for this itemised and detailed review of Life Leadership.
After reading your post and going through the main points of their compensation plan, I suspect that one would have to do a lot of ground work for it to be financially viable.
The recruiting part of the business is one thing, but then you have got to show them the business, so that they will then go and recruit, so that the businesss becomes sustainable.
I went through a lot of these industries in my time, spent a lot of time and money, but found it hard to make a return on my initial investment.
Thanks again for the great review
Cheers PB
Thanks for your comment Phil! Appreciate you sharing your experience here.

Hi – thanks for your thoughtful review. I have been researching that particular program and am thinking it’s not likely for me…I am going to continue my search! I appreciated your info. Keep up the good work researching all the garbage on the web!
I’ve read of others who have done well in the program, but that doesn’t seem to be the majority which is a red flag for me.
Thanks for your input Tom! Much appreciated!

Wow, great review Jack! My friend was having problem with this and he still not believed that is stupid to continue with that. I will recommend this review for sure! I think that many people out there have the same problem. And that percentage is pretty big but that is reality, unfortunately.
Awesome job! Keep up!
All the best
Daniel
Thanks Daniel! I hope this review will aid your friend.

Jack,
Excellent article and expose of Life Leadership. The fact that the founders are former Amway employees should tell you something. Amway was exposed as a fraud and had to pay $150 million in fines. It has been called a Pyramid scheme, although they bill themselves as MLM.
In short, the same business philosophy appears to apply to Life Leadership, keep selling the brand to others so that the ones at the top of the pyramid earn fantastic sums while the ones at the bottom pay a lot to earn very little. And make it more and more difficult to climb the ladder to keep the number at the top very small.
That’s why 95% earn next to nothing, feeding the 5% at the top. Simple math.
Thanks for telling everyone the truth about this site.
Ed
Thanks for your comment Ed!
While I don’t think Amway is a pyramid scheme, I would say that the distributors are misguided to focus on promoting the business opportunity and recruitment, rather than the products.
For any MLM companies, it is important for the distributors to keep the product promotion as the #1 priority, and if the customers are interested in the business opportunity, after consuming the products, then the distributor can lead the customers into the business. That’s how an MLM business should run.
For Life Leadership, I truly hope that the distributors are focusing on promoting the products, rather than recruitment. I’ve seen too many distributors advertising LIfe Leadership as a “Get Rich Quick Scheme”. If that is the case, I would advise you not to join the business. However, if you’ve personally acted on the information provided by the products, and you’ve benefited from it, then you’ll have good grounds to join the business.
Cheers!

Life Leadership looks like another multi-level marketing business. Either buy more of their products or “recruit” more members to earn group value to maintain a sizeable income. I have tried other MLM ventures and I have failed in all of them as I could never generate lead and I think, for me, this will be no different. But sounds like, it will be good for more vocal marketers with great convincing skills to generate leads. Will it work for people like me who prefer to keep everything low-key where the quality (and price) of the product carries forward the sale more than a vigorous sales pitch?
Hi Sukumar,
If you do not intend to brush up your sales and communication skills, I guess this business is definitely not for you.
I would suggest that you try this program that will teach you how to make money online without selling or recruiting.
However, if you intend to grow your Life Leadership business, I would suggest that you check out this program as it teaches you how to source for new MLM prospects online.
Cheers!

Is Life leadership a Scam? your answer was basically no but you have deterred me from even taking a peek because of the cost and the drip feeding method you have high lighted. Then you also mentioned that more than 95% of people fail. Well I am sure i would be one of those who would fail so I will stick with the great opportunity you offered at the end. in Wealthy affiliate. I did click on that link and read your review. It does make much more sense as a good option for a legitimate online business. Thank You for your insights.
Thank you for your comment Judy! Much appreciated!
Every MLM is kind of a scam. this is my opinion. I tried once to go into MLM business with health products. After a while just left the business, and of course, lost my money. If you are not a super marketer, and if you have some conscious, and you don’t want to hurt your family and friends, you will not succeed in this kind of businesses.
Thank you for your review!
I wouldn’t call all MLM a scam, but I’d say that as long as the products of the MLM company benefits you, you’ll have a good reason to promote the products.
Many people join an MLM company no knowing if the products work. They are sucked in because of the monetary benefits it “may” provide.
I’ll advice that if anyone wants to join an MLM company, product satisfaction should be the key consideration.
Thanks for your input Anna!

Thanks for the write up and review.
I definitely knew something was off when going through the LL branding and presentation. Some things just don’t vibe right with me. There will always be the few people it works for, and they’re usually the ones highest at the pyramid, but then again I suppose that applies to most modern capitalistic based business models, especially MLM structures
You need to know your audience well in order to sell or promote the products, and you need a distinct mindset to set you apart from the norm. The unfortunate thing is more than 95% of the people will fail in the business, and success is made through sheer determination, hard work, perseverance, consistency and a little bit of luck. Many people who joins the business do not know what to expect and there were not coached to be a proper rep in the business. That’s the fallacy of this business opportunity.
Jack
I’ve never heard of Life Leadership before checking out this review, but I believe you gave us a long and thorough description of what to expect. And why to stay away from it.
I will definitely keep an eye on your site for reviews. I believe that when you find one legitimate opportunity, you shoud sticj with it! Thanks!
Thanks for your comment Marios! Appreciate it!

Hello Jack,
Just read the review on life leadership and I agree with you on the fact that Over 95% fail with any legit opportunities out there , just because they all using old school method of advertising and generating leads.-The friends and family club” I call it. Thanks for bringing up that point again. The only way to be successful is to learn how to generate leads to your website .
Thanks Dr Fraser!
Full agree with you on the online traffic part!
Cheers!
~Jack (BareNakedScam)
Well, when it comes to making money online, even with the best systems and platforms people will fail, because it is impossible to teach everyone how to have a “success mindset”. But 95% is a pretty big number and I think that alone can discourage many people to get away from this.
Hi Jack, thank you for this review. I agree on your assessment on why 95% of people fail at this type of thing, if you really think about it, it is a hard sell. You say that there are cheaper alternatives for their products, I bet you that I could find free alternatives to their products. It is not selling real products, and that is in my opinion a big reason why most marketers will fail.
Thanks for your input Jacob!
Cheers!

I had a friend that was in life leadership and was quite successful at the recruiting portion of it but he ended up leaving the business. I think that told me that life leadership itself was not a sustainable income. I think the finance stuff they offer is similar to the advice of suze orman and dave ramsey from what I have heard from other people so it doesn’t provide any value that wasn’t already there.
I was wondering if having to many product avenues is a bad thing especially for a company like this or amway?
Thanks for your insights Jessie!
I don’t think that having many product avenues is a bad thing, it provides the distributors a wide variety to sell to different niches. The success with this opportunity really depends on the how well the distributors identify the needs of their target audience, and how well they can pitch the product to them.
It is definitely not a opportunity that is suitable for everyone.
Cheers!
~Jack (BareNakedScam)
I for one am in this business. The products have helped me learn a lot of personal, professional and other type of growth. They are changing every year and are finding better ways to do things. However, just like anyone they do make mistakes.
There main product is there financial fitness program. It has helped a ton of people get out of debt. If you refer the program to others, and they buy it and learn a lot by getting out of debt, that is definitely not taking advantage of someone.
As far as the income disclosure sheet is, it is very outdated. It does say a small amount of people make money. Just like anything, you put into it what you want to get out. Just like wealthy affiliate, which is awesome, how many people try. Just like over half of marriages end in divorce, should you use that as a sign not to get married.
Thanks for your input Jordan!
Cheers!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write all that. Your review was the last thing I needed to make the decision. I felt it in my gut that there was something off, but felt sympathy for my cousins who tried recruiting me last night. Thank you good sir
