Is Google Sniper a scam – My Scam Bell Ringing

Let me first say that Google Sniper is not endorsed by Google and has no relation to the works of Google.

Google Sniper rings a few of my scam bells. As you might already know, there are a few ways to tell if a product is a scam and Google Sniper hits 4 of these categories.

  1. One sales video in the landing page – This is the type of product that “force” you to sit through its sales pitch and do not provide any information that is valuable to you.
  2. 60 day Guarantee – This type of product is typically a clickbank product and most likely a low quality one.
  3. Constant Upsells & Downsells – Constantly lowering the price whenever you try to close the browser and constantly selling a new product to you once you become a member. This type of product is out to suck your pocket dry before they provide you with any information.
  4. Outrages claims of success – Success overnight is not possible, any product that claims they can make 1000’s for you within a month is most likely a scam.

Google Sniper is an Internet Marketing course

google-sniper-2-scam-review-courseWhen it comes to online courses, I always like to have a free trial before I decide to pay for anything.

I want to be attracted by the content of the course rather than by the sales pitches.

I want to have a try on some of the courses and get to learn something new before I start paying for it. You never know whether the course suits you.

As many of you may know, many Youtube videos regarding “how to make money online” leads you to the Google Sniper landing page. All you see in the Google Sniper landing page is a sales pitch video created by George Brown telling you how he made his millions and how you can make millions as well without much effort.

All you need to do is to provide your email and pay $47/mth.

This is the kind of product you should avoid firstly because there are no trial. Secondly, you do not know what you are buying into. Thirdly, whenever someone tells you about making money without much effort, it is probably a scam.

Pricing for Google Sniper – Confusing and senseless

There are so many complaints about Google Sniper but what annoys me most is that there are so many different prices for Google Sniper.

Price ONE: $47, then $47/mth. This is for people who buys the course immediately.

Google-sniper-sucking-moneyPrice TWO: $1 for five days trial, then 1 time payment for $67. This is for people who tries to exit the website but was drawn back in.

Price THREE: $47/mth for people who tries to exit the website twice but was drawn back in.

Those people who joins Google Sniper immediately without much consideration suffers a penalty of a monthly payment, while people who hesitated to join enjoys a big discount.

What is the logic behind this senseless pricing? The first thing that I could think of is Google Sniper put its attention to suck money out of eager fools who wants to make money online.

The idea of Google Sniper – A simple one

Basically, Google Sniper is all about affiliate marketing. Go to ClickBank, select a sellable product, create a webpage and get it rank at the top page of Google searches and direct traffic to the selected product to earn money.

There are 25 training videos, and a 101 page e-book that teaches you how to make money. Truth being told, it doesn’t seem as easy as it seem to create a website and get top rankings in Google.

Most of the training contents are outdated and doesn’t work anymore.

Does Google Sniper really work – Let me show you

Google sniper probably works for many people in the past, but with the improved google search engine algorithm, Google Panda and Google Penguin, the video lessons taught in Google Sniper becomes outdated.

Google Panda and Google Penguin lowers the ranking of “low-quality sites” and return higher-quality sites back to the top.

I remember seeing one of George Brown’s video explaining how he got top 3 ranking for his blank website called “www.vintageelectricguitar.org”. Below is a screenshot of the Google search keyword “Vintage Electric Guitar” before google improved its search engine.

Google-Sniper-scam-review-webpage-1

Now here is a screenshot of the same keyword search after Google introduced “Google Panda” and “Google Penguin”.

Google-Sniper-scam-review-webpage-1

What happens to the same website now? It no longer exist.

Knowing that Google have spotted the loophole that George Brown discovered, George Brown hastily came out with an upgraded system called “Google Sniper 2.0”.

A quote from George Brown from WarriorForum explaining how Google Sniper is different from Google Sniper 2.0. “Google Sniper 2.0 is an updated version which enables you as a marketer to rank even faster and better on search engines even throughout all of the Google updates and algorithm changes. “

I have done another review on the updated Google Sniper 2.0 (as of 27/06.2014). Check it out here to find out if Google Sniper 2.0 really work.

The Google Sniper Course – What you will learn from it

1. Exact Match Domains

Basically, the Google Sniper puts too much weight in Exact Match Domains. An exact match domain is a domain using exact keyword phrase that you are targeting.

For example, You choose to target “Sell Books Online” then the exact match domain would be “www.sellbooksonline.com”.

Exact Match Domains is an outdated technique and do not hold as much weight in the search engine as it once did. The key to top ranking for your webpage is ultimately your content.

2. Low hanging fruit keywords

Google Sniper course teaches you how to find keywords that are highly searched in Google. Well, this can be easily learnt anywhere online for free.

3. Building one pager websites that ranks in Low hanging fruit keywords

As previous mentioned, content is the key to ranking. One pager websites will not have much contents, it will be faulted in the search engines. This method of getting ranked will be phased out sooner or later .

4. Conclusion on Google Sniper course

To put it simply, the Google Sniper course gathers a bunch of tips and tricks that can be found online  for free, puts them together and “ta-da” you get Google Sniper.

What the future brings for Google Sniper

Well one thing for sure, Google’s algorithm will constantly be upgraded and Google Sniper video courses will be outdated. Will there be Google Sniper 3.0, 4.0, 5.0? I’m pretty sure by 4.0 or 5.0 , George Brown will not be able to find any new ideas or loopholes.

In the end, the best way to get your website to top ranking is to have good content in your website.

Google Sniper the longest running affiliate marketing course? – No way!

No. A quote from George Brown  “I don’t know of a single product that has been running for anywhere near that long and is still being searched for as much as Google Sniper throughout the entire internet marketing space.”

Well I have seen other products that have been running for longer than Google Sniper and is even more successful than Google Sniper.

My sincere recommendation

Google Sniper is one of the many scams I have seen online. They all look similar in the way or another.

You always have to pay a certain amount of money before you are told what the system or program actually do or how it can make money for you.

Do not wander the internet to search for ways to make money online alone. There are so many scam reviewers out there who are always looking out for you.

If you are tired of looking around and you really want to make some extra money online, you can read my review on my #1 recommended opportunity. It is my pleasure to be assisting you in searching for your success.

As always, I welcome you to join me on a discussion on Google Sniper. Feel free to drop me a comment below,  I will be more than happy to discuss Google Sniper with you

Well as for Google Sniper,

I was involved with it and wasn’t happy at all with what the product offered or what it showed you in order to sell. One of its recommendations was that you use other people’s identities to sell products or to sell the Google Sniper itself. Do people really want to get involved with a product that uses false identities to sell. Yes surprisingly it did. That was my turn off and the fact he created a program that steals basically from hard honest working online marketers, by enhancing their program to snipe (hence the sniping) from website marketing sites that would legitimately go to the person who owned the site that would have earned the money based on the their traffic hence it gets sniped by someone with gsniper. Why would google endorse something that operates crooked. Anyone can sell on ClickBank as an affiliate. So long as they abide to the refund recommendation. Plus ClickBank has control over the money returned from the person earning. Bottom line is I don’t recommend it. It is a scam that operates crookedly and will eventually be dealt with by law enforcement.

I’m tired of being scammed and hoodwinked but it just stands to reason that there must be some for real ones out there.
Please help! I’m not desperate but we could really use another form of income and I’ve researched so many things and paid fees that I’m a little disillusioned.
Many thanks,

Google Sniper has a lot of useful information. Its online training course teaches all you need to know in order to succeed in the online marketing industry. If you follow the steps and stay focused 100% on the project, you will earn money.
Creating sites for specific keywords is very easy. If you have zero experience, they can teach you this thing also. Then, you get a product that you want to promote and put it on your website. It is this simple.

So can you tell me how to do that without any social network page and without making website? Reply me..

Building a website is the foundation to success with online marketing. There is no such thing as “Instant Money” unless you borrow money from a bank. If your intention is to make a quick buck online then online marketing is not for you. However, if you are serious about making money online, you should focus on getting your basics and foundation right. I suggest that you check out this course that will guide you to the right path to be successful with online marketing.

I bought Google Sniper 3.0…. Going through training.

I got the upgrade “Look Over my Shoulder…” I just cant get the videos to play. I sent several requests to the Support Desk, but no answer whatsoever.

I even sent them a message through Clickbank…. Has anyone have the same experience? No response from the Support Desk?

It’s very frustrating.

Robert Thank you, thank you, thank you very much; I. Also baught Googlesniper3.0. In June within 2 weeks I made $3100 and $700 Google sniper work for real all you have to do is to follow and is said on the modiles and videos, I strongly believe these people who did not make money were so lazy and did not put enough effort as George brown said they thought they will just sit on Their bums and fart money? Nope you have to follow each step for it to work.

    Jack Cao - Reply

    Hi Xolani,

Thank you for your comment! I have removed some words from your comment as it is untrue.

I am glad you made money with Google Sniper and I have upgraded the rating of this program. See my updated review on google sniper here. I too agree with the lessons thought in the most updated Google Sniper but I just feel that it is not suitable for beginners because most of the information is outdated and it do not provide a simple framework for beginners to follow, which is why I recommend people to check out this program, because my knowledge and experience grew with this program and I am constanly making a few thousand dollars every month.

In my review on Google Sniper 3.0, I clearly said that the course is good but I think my recommendation is better.

I randomly got an email in my inbox for google sniper, saying it could help websites like my own. They had my full name as well, and post code in the subject! I’m not exactly sure how or where they got my website name from, as I haven’t told a single person about it, nor have I done more than basic HTML practice with it. Heck, no matter what I enter into google or any other search engine, I can’t even find my own website.

A bot of some sort must have been run to find my website, as well as a WHOIS search. People trying to find customers like this is a major no-no. I’d steer far away from this product, it sounded shaded from the second I saw it.

Yup, you can make money with the lessons in Google Sniper no doubt about it. But, it is probably not the best course and not the best support you can get. Jack Cao - Reply

    Hi Peter,

I believe you got the refund the wrong way. I believe you should have received a email receipt sent from “ClickBank”. You need to click the link for “support” in the e-receipt and request for your refund. If the purchase is still within 60 days, you will be able to get a refund.

Greetings Mr. Cao,

I shared your perspective of WA and had registered as a free member several years ago. I had decided to post some (NON-affiliate) links to resources I had discovered during research, as marketing aids to anyone interested. After the 3rd post containing a link (which was to a whitepaper on seo) I was unable to post to the forum. Upon contacting support, I was informed my blogging/ posting privileges had been revoked due to complaints of spamming. I asked as to why I had not been informed after first (invalid) complaint, rather than accumulating three then, also without notice, revoking posting privileges. I don’t recall the response, but after communicating with one of the owners, I was informed that all could be resolved by simply re-registering. Upon beginning that process, I was only able to re-join as a paid member. I did not return. I perceived the entire event as an unethical tactic. It just didn’t make any sense. I was satisfied with WA and had planned to become a member until that event. Other than WA, I would appreciate your opinion on solo ads. I refer to a specific product and will submit that if you prefer. Excellent blog, productive content.

    Jack Cao - Reply

WA has a strict no spamming policy and it is unfortunate that you had encountered that.

Which solo ad product are you talking about? To be honest, I do not have great impression of solo ads. It is just a way for “gurus” to make money.

Let me know the name of the solo ad company if you dont mind.

    Thanks!

I was nearly tempted to do this as well . to pay 47$ but it seems to easy and too good to be true. so I wanted to check and see if I find any articles related to this and of course I came across with your website and explanation which makes sense.

In our days the internet is deceptive and actually poor and desperate people will go ahead and try this opportunity and what they will realize is that they will waste time and be $47 lighter.

Anyway I have read your review and I am still interested in making money online so what is the difference between your methods and that of the Google Sniper…I don’t want to scam anyone or be scammed.

Thanks,

    Hi Phil!

Google Sniper is in the Affiliate marketing Niche which is what I am a part of. The whole idea of Affiliate Marketing is to promote other people’s products and make a commission out of it. I am not sure which part of Google Sniper shocked you, maybe you can clarify on that.

Hi Jack,

Anyways, how in the world do you market websites to make it successful? at least partially even. I have no idea on how to market a website to generate online sales. My site is about Real Estate properties in the Philippines and even with weak competition I can’t get my site up in the rankings. Any advice would be great.

Thanks

    Jack Cao - Reply

    Hi Chad!

Thanks for your comment! Have you tried writing articles that will help people understand the benefits of buying a property in Philippines? Basically, the whole idea of ranking on the search engines is to provide valuable information to your readers. The better your information, the higher your ranking, that’s the general idea. There are many more things you may need to do other than writing articles, like keyword research, building social media platforms and integrating it to your website. I will be more than happy to communicate with you via email. You may email me at barenakedscam@gmail.com.

The Free portion is a trial version and in the trial version, you get 10 free training lessons and 2 free websites. I hardly find any place which give you that. Basically, for WA, you are NOT entering into an opportunity, you are subscribing into a course and a community. Much like going to school, you can’t expect to get free education right? The use for WA is to build your foundation to make money online, most people skip this phase and find themselves stuck and unable to progress further. With the help of WA, you can build your foundation and also train yourself to become an expert in making money online. Many people like myself have gotten help from WA and are making comfortable amounts from the internet.

If you are looking to enter into an opportunity where you do not need to put in any effort then WA is definitely not for you but if you are committed to invest time and small amount of money into your education to build a successful business then you will be a great fit to become the next success story of Wealthy Affiliate.

but at the end just tell me that does gsniper pays you as he says in the video

    Jack Cao - Reply

Gsniper do not pay you unless you help promote gsniper itself. Most of the time, you get paid by the affiliate programs you are involved with.

Funny that you say this website is a scam but you try to refer people to the wealthy affiliate program while doing this..

    Hi Steven,

If you would have gone through the entire article/review, you would have noticed that I did not mention Google Sniper as scam just that it is not exactly suitable for beginners. I am basically lending my help to people who really want to learn how to make money online by directing them to the best place I know (which is also the place that got me to make my first hundred and first thousand online).

I believe there is no fault in my part trying to help people.

Odd, how come I started with Google sniper 3.0, I literally no nothing or new a thing about online marketing till his course.

I did the course following his instruction to a “t”

I have had no problems, I have also seen that he expressively admitted that Google always changes and there is no telling what their Seo will do.
Further more, he tells you in his sales pitch that you are LEARNING what works for him. Absolutely no PROMISE of anything. Heck my first day I made more then my money back, plus I learned how to save $300 a year on my web hosting. To me sounds like I came out ahead.

He also express’ that this system is designed to work as long as you follow his training as he has set it out.

So is it really a scam? No more then what they promise from getting a college degree, it’s up to you in the end to take what you learn and apply it.

It was worth my $47 wich is the only price I ever saw.

    Hey Robert!

    Thank you for your comment!

If you look at my updated review on Google Sniper, you will better understand that I totally agree with you. You will definitely get some valuable information to create a successful business. The only thing that stop me from giving Google Sniper a pass grade is because of the hyped video which promises Big money. Other than that, it is a good learning platform.

Hi Jack,

I believe a lot of people get wrapped up into the sales pitch of the products that they see online. What I do not see is people reviewing on what actually works. Yes Google Sniper does work to a certain extent but as you say, it is information that you can receive online for free instead of lining someones pocket to get that information. To make this short I have one question – What programs that you buy actually work?

Kind Regards
Chaun

Hi Jack!

Where are you getting your information from? Have you bought the system and tried every step of it yourself? If so did you make any money to at least brake even or did you spend more than you shud have made?

Thanks!

    Jack Cao - Reply

    Hi Sangeeta,

Thanks for your comment! I am a seasoned affiliate marketer and I know what works and what doesn’t. I’ve bought Google Sniper Two (Google Sniper One was a flop) and went through it’s courses and I can say that the methods taught in there works, however you need to spend huge amount of effort and time initially to build the business.

If you are asking whether I actually made money through affiliate marketing then YES I do make a profit from it. If you want to know how and where I got started in the first place, you can email be at barenakedscam@gmail.com.

Let me know if you need more clarification. Thank you so much!

Hi Jack Cao, How do you get a refund on google sniper?

Regards
Spencer

    Jack Cao - Reply

Hey Spencer! Google Sniper is a ClickBank product, which means to say that buyers can get a refund within 60 days of purchase. You should have received an email receipt from Clickbank after your purchase of Google Sniper. In there, there is your “Order ID” for which you should enter into the form here.

Once you have found your order, you can send a refund request.

Let me know if you need any further help.

    Cheers!

oh man i just signed up for that. any tips on what to do now?

    Jack Cao - Reply

    Hi Jordan,

Since you are already in there, you should just utilize the training in there. When you decide to call it quits, you can get a refund quite simply within 60 days. I believe you should have received an email from clickbank with your purchase receipt. There is a link that brings you to clickbank support. Once you get in the support, you can send your refund request. Let me know if you need any help. I can guide you through the refund process if you need.

    Cheers!

I have signed up for it and did not make any progress. since february i have been asking for a refund and we are now in june. my account got charged twice after that. i keep messaging customer support and no one is responding. only the first time the gave instructions to get refund and it does not work. i keep asking to close my account and it is still open . i have now changed my banking info to not get charged again. if they dont want to close my sniper account they will now close it because they will have no more funds to receive. and he is right. i went through the course and every part of course you can gather for free or few bucks total.
