Is World Global Network (VyVo) a Scam? – Behind The Hype!
Update: World Global Network is now rebranded as VyVo in February 2019.
It seems that the founders of World Global Network (WGN) are abandoning the Helo LX as it is not sold in the online store anymore.
Here is the new WGN website.
If you are new to WGN or VyVo, you will most probably be introduced to the VyVo products instead of the legacy, Helo LX.

If you are not sure what “Blockchain Enabled” means, don’t worry. We will discuss more about that in a while.
This Vyvo review will also talk about the things you should look out for before joining as an associate.

Short Video Review (About Helo LX)
VyVo Review – All You Need To Know About The Products & The Company
Before you buy a product from VyVo, let me share with you some insights about the products.
What is the meaning of Blockchain Enabled?
While VyVo may be the first wearable device that is Blockchain Enabled, the blockchain technology isn’t new in the health and wellness market.
There are many uses of blockchain technology. Currently, several health tracker apps are using the technology to incentives its users for achieving milestones towards better health.
For example, the Sweatcoin App rewards its users with coins (cryptocurrency) whenever they walk. The coins can be exchanged for gifts like Fitbit, fitness gear, gym classes, etc.
However, at the time of this writing (April 2019), it is not clear as to the use of VyVo’s blockchain. If this information is released, please leave a comment below to let me know so that I can update this review.

Why World Global Network Re-Branded as VyVo? (Pure Speculation)
First an important disclaimer: Everything in this section is pure speculation
Now, I know that many VyVo supporters may be reading this review, and I apologize in advance if I offend you.
My intention is to create a dialogue and not to start a war 🙂
If any of my speculations is wrong, please feel free to correct me in the Comments Section. I’d appreciate if its not a nasty comment though.
Helo LX and WGN is Not Attracting Enough Attention
As you can see from the charts extracted from Google Trends below, the trend for both the company and the main product is not going well.
This could be caused by fierce competition.
When Helo LX was first introduced, it has many functions that Fitbit and the others do not have.
So, regardless of the price, it has a competitive edge.
But over time, FitBit and the others caught up with the functions, and they do not cost as much as Helo LX.
Partnership Fallout?
I am not sure if this is true, but if you know the answer, please share it in the Comments Section.
World Global Network was founded on the basis that it will promote Helo LX exclusively for Helo Corp.
WGN did not design, research, and manufacture Helo LX, it is merely a direct sales company.
Speculation 1: When WGN did not bring in the sales for Helo Corp, the tension builds up that leads to WGN abandoning Helo LX entirely (or vice versa) and started their own brand, VyVo.
Speculation 2: WGN is still in partnership with Helo Corp, and they have a mutual agreement that Helo LX is not working out. So, Helo Corp is still the product manufacturer of VyVo.
Speculation 3: Helo Corp had a fallout with WGN when they realize WGN secretly started VyVo without their knowledge.
Speculation 4: WGN abandoned Helo Corp as they found a new product manufacturer.
Which speculation do you think is right? Or, do you know the correct answer? Please share it here.
Helo LX Is Taken Out From World Global Network (VyVo) Store
If you head over to the World Global Network’s website, you can still see Helo in the product listing (on 26 April 2019).
<img alt=”Is World Global Network Helo Still Available in Store” width=’800′ height=’356′ title=”Is World Global Network Helo Still Available in Store” data-id=’16066′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Is-World-Global-Network-Helo-Still-Available-in-Store.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>
But, when you visit the store, you’ll realize that Helo LX or Extense are not sold in stores anymore. And BioZen, one of the legacy products, are only sold in some countries.
<img alt=”World Global Network Helo Not On Sale Anymore” width=’800′ height=’454′ title=”World Global Network Helo Not On Sale Anymore” data-id=’16068′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/World-Global-Network-Helo-Not-On-Sale-Anymore.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>

So which is better? Well, I can’t say for sure because both have unique functions that serve different purposes.
If you are a fitness enthusiast, I think you would prefer FitBit Ionic because it has a personal coach function and it plays music which syncs to wireless earphones.
But, if you are someone who wants to track and improve your heart condition, VyVo Icon is better.
Overall, I think VyVo Icon is more superior in terms of health tracking, but in terms of user friendliness and overall experience, I believe FitBit Ionic does better.
I hope that this side-by-side analysis helps. I’ll leave it to you to decide.
Now, if you love VyVo and you wish to earn money promoting it, here are some things you have to know.
VyVo Business Opportunity Review
The first thing you have to establish before joining as a VyVo Associate is if you love the products. This is one of the eight questions you should ask yourself.
There is absolutely no reason for you to join if you can’t be an advocate of the products.
NEVER EVER join VyVo just because you can earn a “quick buck”. If money is the only reason, then there are much better opportunities out there.
<img alt=”Should You Join VyVo as an Associate” width=’300′ height=’258′ title=”MLM – Join or Not” data-id=’15219′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/MLM-Join-or-Not.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>
Now, with that said, even if you love the products, it doesn’t guarantee your success.
The fact is that this business opportunity is not easy. If anyone claims that it is easy, they are downright lying to you.
More Than 95% of the Associates Do Not Earn A Significant Income. Why?
Here’s the proof.
<img alt=”World Global Network VyVo Income Disclosure” width=’800′ height=’345′ title=”World Global Network VyVo Income Disclosure” data-id=’16065′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/World-Global-Network-VyVo-Income-Disclosure.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>

Now, if you are aspiring to be an associate, don’t be discouraged yet because there is a way that you can be successful with VyVo.
But before I share that with you, I want to share with you the 3 main reasons that cause most associates to fail.
This will help you decide if this business opportunity is suitable for you.
#1 Lack of Leads
This is probably the biggest reason why so many associates fail because they can’t acquire enough customers to grow their business.
The main culprit I would say is the lack of knowledge on how to find new leads.
Most associates are only taught the traditional marketing strategies like prospecting their friends and family, and the people around them.
<img alt=”VyVo Business Opportunity – Not Enough Leads” width=’300′ height=’300′ title=”MLM – Not Enough Leads” data-id=’15189′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/MLM-Not-Enough-Leads.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>
But, they are not aware that those old methods don’t work anymore.
Here’s a quick stat (from my personal experience)…
- Out of 100 people, only about 20 people will buy a product;
- 3 out of the 20 will be interested in joining the business opportunity; and
- Only 1 (if lucky) will actually join as an associate.
Moreover, 90% of associates will drop out within 6 months.
This means that you have to continually have to meet new prospects for your business to grow.
But, the problem is, do you have thousands of contact on your list?

#2 Lack of Ability To Grow A Team
For this business to grow, it requires more than selling VyVo products.
You need to grow a team of associates (sales team) who will promote the VyVo products alongside you.
To be honest, growing a sales team is the only way to be successful in a Multi-Level Marketing Company like VyVo.
But the question is, “How?”
Promoting A Dream Is The Toughest!
Promoting VyVo products is tough enough, but promoting a dream is much tougher.
You need to be convincing enough to sway someone’s mind, and you need to instil confidence in them to keep them in the business.
Unfortunately, the common practice in the MLM industry is that “once you are in, you are left alone.”
Many associates quit because they couldn’t get the support and training that they need, and they don’t see a success path ahead of them.
Don’t Be The Norm! Do Something Different!
If you want to grow an international team successfully, my best advice to you is to delegate the training to 3rd parties like this program.
And then, you will provide your coaching whenever needed.
This way, you will not only free up your time to focus on what really matters to your business…
Your downlines (associates) now have a success path that do not solely rely on you.
#3 Having The Wrong Mindset
As you probably know by now that you will need to hone on your interpersonal skills.
And, the only way to acquire such a skill is by practicing, which means that you are going to face a ton of rejections along the way.
Negative thoughts will easily sip into your mind as the going gets tougher, and it is only the people with a strong mindset can overcome the obstacles.
<img alt=”Do not join VyVo with the Wrong Mindset” width=’300′ height=’282′ title=”MLM – 95 Percent Fail – Gave Up” data-id=’15185′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/MLM-95-Percent-Fail-Gave-Up.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>
Not so easy after all, right? This business opportunity is not suitable for everyone.

Is World Global Network or VyVo a Scam?
Now, there are two methods to qualify if World Global Network or VyVo is a scam.
#1 Is VyVo a Pyramid Scheme?
Let’s see what the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) defines as a pyramid scheme.
<img alt=”Is VyVo a Pyramid Scheme?” width=’800′ height=’263′ title=”What is a pyramid scheme” data-id=’15045′ src=’https://barenakedscam.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/What-is-a-pyramid-scheme.jpg’ style=”width: 100%;”>
As you are reading the definition, I believe you are already crossing out the possibilities. VyVo is NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME!
Here are the reasons:
- Commission is paid on a product sale (not based on recruitment);
- VyVo products have retail value;
- The products are priced competitively (not inflated);
- It is free to join as an associate;
- You do not need to buy inventory;
- Products are sold to the general public (not between associates only).
#2 Does the Company Deceive its Consumers?
Many consumers claim that World Global Network was false advertising their products.
And, many people complained that Helo LX is not working properly as it should.
But in general, I think that the company is putting in the effort to reply to every complaint, and they issue refunds as promised.
This is a good sign that the company is not out there cheating people.
Verdict
World Global Network or VyVo is NOT A SCAM!
Have a different opinion? Feel free to share it below.
My Honest Opinion
World Global Network or VyVo is in a highly competitive niche.
The market leader in the health tracker niche is FitBit.
If you haven’t seen the comparison table between FitBit Ionic and VyVo Icon yet, please scroll up.
Though VyVo Icon is better in terms of health tracking, FitBit Ionic trumps in many other areas. Plus, FitBit is a little cheaper than VyVo Icon.
Consumers are astute nowadays. I would think that VyVo associates will have some trouble promoting a more expensive product which provides lesser functions.
Well, if you are a VyVo Associate, please feel free to share your opinion.
If You’ve Decided To Join
I would say that you intend to join VyVo as an associate, then join because you love the products and you want to promote it.
Do not join because you want to make a quick buck.
But in case you’ve decided to join the business, I would highly recommend that you learn the Attraction Marketing strategy taught by this program.
It will equip you with a success formula for your VyVo business.
However…
If the VyVo Business Is Not Suitable For You
Then, I would highly recommend that you check out this program because it has created many successful online entrepreneurs and counting.
I hope that you will be one of the success stories soon. Here’s my success story with the program.

Hi Jack,
How do you rate the new prodcut- Helo Extense?
I haven’t tried it yet, so I can’t comment. Hope someone who’ve tried it will leave a reply to this.
Cheers!

I am trying to find a distributor in Australia. Can you put me in touch with someone.
I have posted your comment here. Hopefully someone will reply.
If they do, I will link you up.

Hi Jack,
You suggested that another poster compare orange to orange, yet you have missed out a number of the features of the Helo from your original comparison.
For example, the Guardian alerts and SOS button. Does your Fitbit do that?
Of course, until Apple or Fitbit also produce a device which does sugar trend monitoring, blood oxygenation etc they still won’t be comparable devices.
You’ve compared an orange with a mandarin.
Are Apple and Fitbit better devices? Are they lesser devices? Maybe, maybe not.
Cheers
Craig

i been with helo now for a while and the product dont work very good, i tried the business and its too much money, the new helo is over 800.00 canadaian, not good
Hello Jack,
Do a little more reseach. Untl fitbit or apple watch allow there customers to share in the revenue then there will never be compitation. In regards to Biozen I have found other stickers that claim to reduce electro smog. Biozen is a class 1 medical device so we have the medical field backing us. I have never succeeded in network marketing until joining world. Not saying every one succeeds but that is with every business. There is no business in the world that does not have ups and down or a success rate of a 100%. Here is more up to date info on what wgn is doing.
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your comment!
Having revenue share doesn’t mean that the product is superior than those on the market. Do you buy Helo just because you can earn from it? Compare orange to orange, please! Helo, Fitbit or apple watch are in direct competition.
It does have scientific (not medical) proof, but honestly, there are other companies that has scientific proof as well. Check this out: http://www.electrosmog-protection.eu
And please, I’ve removed your affiliate link.
